Campus North is a mixed-use development with two loft-style apartment buildings. Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, and two parking garages. The community also offers live/work apartments, retail space, an affordable housing component for seniors and families, and a preschool.

At Campus North there are community spaces for residents to enjoy when they are not at home or work. There is a fitness center on site with weight machines and cardio machines to use whenever you like.
